Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags or packaging intact.

Please contact us before returning your item. Email us at info@quicklandcreative.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items

• Limited-edition releases

• Items returned worn, damaged, or missing original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
